About Our Internship
Our internship program offers students and young professionals a unique opportunity to work at the grassroots level, understanding the complexities of development work while contributing to meaningful projects. Interns work directly with our field teams across education, healthcare, women's empowerment, and environmental programs.

What You'll Do
Program Support
Assist in planning and executing field programs across our verticals.
Data & Research
Conduct surveys, analyze data, and contribute to impact reports.
Content Creation
Document stories, create social media content, and manage communications.
Community Engagement
Work directly with beneficiaries and community leaders.
Innovation Projects
Develop solutions for operational challenges using your skills.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Track program outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Eligibility
- ✓Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's program
- ✓Strong interest in social development and grassroots work
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages preferred)
- ✓Ability to work in rural/semi-urban settings
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
